Tired
but very happy. I think they are sentence that could image my adventure last
holiday. It’s really the real adventure. I
spent three days to this adventure. I want to five places, two places in
Magelang, two places in Bantul, and in Ungaran. They are Chicken Church or
Gereja Ayam, Punthuk Setumbu, Pinus Flores, and Parangtritis.
I
never image this adventure before it. Every years before big celebrating day
for Muslim, I and my family always arrived to my old village in Magelang. In
there I have my grandma. We went to Magelang on Wednesday, from Kudus at 04.00
p. m by motorcycle. We took 5 hours in street. Finally, 09.00 p. m we was
touchdown in our old village. Mungkid village, Blabak, Magelang it’s the
address of our old village. The place Mungkid village so near with Merapi
Mountain, it can be in the slope of Merapi Mountain. The air in there so cold,
and situation in there made me felt calm. Usually I was take a bath only one of
day, because the water so cold. In there I enough famous, because I born in the
village. I have some friend when I child, and until now they was welcome when I
arrived the village.
First
day, I spent with my father, uncle, little bro, and cousins. We ride motorcycle
to around the village. I think it’s will be holiday like last years. I always
spent my day with my family. But, my prediction it’s false. Did you know? Very
impossible thing if I do the adventure and went to five places alone. Yeah… I
do the adventure with my friend. He is Andreas. He’s from Semarang and we
studied in the same campus. Apparently, also his mother from Magelang. So, we
and spent our holiday together in there. His address at Budur Village, Blondo,
Magelang. It’s enough near from my grandma’s home.
Not
planning before it. It’s the real adventure was started. On second day, I and
him went to Chicken Church or native Magelang usually called it Gereja Ayam. I
don’t knew the place of Chicken Church or Gereja Ayam before it. We just knew
from a web in internet. Actually, the place of it so long with our home. So we
take two hours to find that place. We went from my grandma’s home at 02.00 p.
m. we tried to find way to that place during 2 hours. Finally, we met the old
man who is native Magelang. He said he can bring me and my friend in Chicken
Church but we must pay him Rp. 10.000,-. Quickly we agree to his request and
pay him. The place of this building at Gombong village, Borobudur, Magelang. It
can be 2,5 km from Borobudur temple. Tourist that arrived in that place usually
called that place with Chicken Church. But native that lives in near it called
Gereja Ayam and Banyak Angkrem. Like many people said this building really same
with chicken or may be like bird. We can saw this building from behind the
hill, because the location of Chicken Church on the hill. After we pass
complicated street, we arrived in that place. We was parking our motorcycle in
front of old man’s house. We must pay Rp. 2.000,- per motorcycle. The people
that lives in near of Chicken Church so friendly. With cheer face they
introduced themselves. After chitchat with them we continued our trip to
Chicken Church. We must walk and followed complicated street, like climbed
mountain. That is upward street. I was difficulty to climb that hill.
Fortunately, I have my friend beside me. He helped me to climb until top of
hill.
After
walked during a half of hour we arrived in front of Chicken Church. To enter it
we must pay again Rp. 15.000,- per people. Then we enter in the building. I
felt surprised because nothing things into the building. Only has eight poles,
and five poles was broken. It’s so strange. On the roof have Salib or Christian
cross symbol. It was intentional made by someone with hole, so sun light could
pierce the room of church. I think it’s more strange. Actually, the room have
two floors. Second floor used to pray or as church. Meanwhile, first floor use
as bathroom and bedroom. That rooms haven’t sun light, so we used flashlight to
around that room. On the roof have some bats that may be lives in there. The
air so close, because the room so shut. We have sufficient time to count the
room in there. In the first floor have 15 rooms such as bedrooms and one
special room with three bathrooms into the room. Have many bad scratch in the
wall with arrogant sentences. Before we continued our trip, my friend asked for
old man as keeper that church about history Chicken Church. This old building
made by Chinese it can be 30 years ago. A Chinese said he made that building to
use as conference. But, every Sunday many people came in that building.
Finally, the native started to suspicious. Actually, that building true as a
church. Then, native refused if in that location have church. Because, in there
no others that a Christian. A Chinese left that place and not came back until
now. But, before it we took some pictures in there. I am as a Muslim haven’t
think before it to called at and learned history about old church.
When
we walked to parking place. My friend saw if on the hill have a place. We tried
to climbed the hill until top. During 30 minutes we climbed the hill. I felt so
tired, and want to back home soon. But my friend supported me. Exactly, on the
top of hill have a place. That place is Punthuk Setumbu. The view from top of
hill so beautiful. I felt all of my tired can pay. I am not regret. From the
top of hill we can saw Merapi and Merbabu mountains. Also we can saw Borobudur
temple from the top. The air felt cold. After we took some pictures we let’s go
to our grandma’s home. It’s so tired day, but I felt happy. Because I could
learn a new history from other religion. I think it’s new interesting
experience.
I
think last day the end my adventure with him. But I am false. He called me and
ask me to spending time together again. I was happy. Third day, we started our
trip at 09.00 a. m. we don’t knew we will go. After though a few time, we
agreed to went at Bantul, Yogyakarta. We around Jogja city and haven’t
destination. During 3 hours we ride motorcycle. Finally, we want to Imogiri. We
heard from our friends in there have Pinus Flores. We don’t knew street to
Pinus Flores. My friend asking with many people in around street. We used GPS
to get the address. The address of Pinus Flores at Dlingo, Imogiri, Bandul, Yogyakarta.
The street so confused, so curves. The right and left of long street have many
tree like in the jangle.
After
arrived in parking area we must pay only Rp. 3.000,- per motorcycle. In there
have many seller to sell many food. Before enter in the area I bought pot ice
cream, only Rp. 15. 000,-. The air so cold into the Pinus Flores. Usually, that
place used to refreshing many couple or families. But the keeper of Pinus
Flores said, if you want to take pre-wedding photos you must pay Rp. 50. 000,-.
We just laughed.
Not
many things that could we doing in there. We just eat ice cream, chitchat, and
take some photos. The time show at 04.00 p. m. We left that place and continued
our trip to another place. Then, we went to beach to saw sunset. During an hour
we on the street. At 05.00 p. m we are arrived at Prangtritis beach. We must
pay Rp. 5. 000,-. In there we only play wave and sand. We took some pictures
with sunset background. At 06. 30 p. m we agreed to back home.
In
the middle way, we felt so hungry. Then we stopped in a small shop. It sell
traditional food from Jogja. It’s Sate Klatak. We took a rest in there to eat.
After that we continued to back home. I think situation in Jogja street so
crowded but romantic when at the night. My friend deliver me to my grandma’s
home. I arrived at my grandma’s home at 09.00 p. m. I am so tired but I am so
happy. I don’t know why.
In
the morning I must prepared to back my hometown. Actually, my friend also back
in his hometown at Semarang in the day like me. At 04. 00 p. m I and my family
back home to Kudus. During 5 hours we on the street. Because the street so
crowded. We arrived in Kudus at 09.00 p. m. it’s so tired journey.
That
is my amazing adventure with my friend. I could around explore Magelang – Jogja
places. I felt amazed can around amazing places like that. And I want to say
thank you so much for my friend. He accompany me to doing this adventure during
3 days. It’s so amazing.
Percaya bahwa Tuhan tidak mungkin memberi cobaan melebihi batas kemampuan hamba-Nya. begitu mudah kita mengucapkan kata kata tersebut. Tapi pada kenyataan nya tidak mudah menerima cobaan dari Tuhan. Entah cobaan dalam bentuk apa pun.
